1. Melissa and her team were excellent and did everything to help us( only problem in 2 weeks was somebody left the safe in a closed position with no code) we reported this and it was done, the hotel was aware of my sons second birthday and left him such a nice gift for him on arrival.

3. The only positive thing I can say about the place is the staff that work in the shop and in pizza hut, they were lovely people but you could see that even they had a glazed look about them.

5. This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment there are better quality hotels nearby, the only positive is this one has balconys.

9. It was good to get free wifi at this hotel so that was a positive, it was a shame the rooms only get cleaned once every 3 days as the room did get a bit messy at times.
