1. If are lucky enough to be put in a renovated room, enjoy the holiday, if not tough luck.

4. The second room was on the ninth floor in block 3 and although marginally better, as it did not smell as bad it was still in need of complete renovation and a very good clean.

6. Sure, it would be lovely if the entire hotel was renovated to the same standard but it isn't and I'm sure they will bend over backwards to accommodate you if you aren't happy with your initial room.

7. Dont let some bad reviews put you off this hotel, if you are really concerned get in touch with Melissa Glen the general manager and ask for a modern renovated room we did and we had a great hoilday.
