1. This was our 1st time at the Enclave Suites and we have had the best time ever, hotel staff really friendly and helpful we emailed the manager Melissa prior to our arrival and she exceeded our expectations we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but after reading reviews were expecting the grab and go option so was pleastly surprised, The suite had everything we needed it was a great location just off International Drive, Hotel amenities great after long days at the Disney Parks, nice pool the kids loved the Friday Night Pool Movie nights with pizza, good alternative to getting ready to go out after a full on day in Disney.

2. STAFF: To be honest we did not have much contact with the staff (the sign of a good hotel) but when we did they were ALL so friendly and helpful giving out advise on where to go and how to ride the iride trolley and just grear general local information.

3. When we arrived we were expecting a right shabby pit of a hotel and were looking to find fault, what we actually found was a lovely well keep hotel with exceptionally helpful friendly staffROOM: We stayed in a two bed suite in building 2, the room was well kept and clean.

8. We stayed here for 2 weeks and had the best time, great location and had a great view looking onto the swimming pool and universal, room was basic but very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, if you are looking for a basic clean hotel, this is for you.

9. Melissa and her team were excellent and did everything to help us( only problem in 2 weeks was somebody left the safe in a closed position with no code) we reported this and it was done, the hotel was aware of my sons second birthday and left him such a nice gift for him on arrival.

10. We thought the hotel shuttle bus facility to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Busch Gardens was fantastic: very easy to organise with very helpful staff.
