1. We were delighted to find that our room on the 5th floor was light, modern, with fantastic amenities (including TV's in all the rooms and a fully equipped kitched) and furniture and had a lovely view of the pool (we could even see parts of 'Wishes' at Disney from our balcony and also the 9pm fireworks at Universal).

4. We thought the hotel shuttle bus facility to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Busch Gardens was fantastic: very easy to organise with very helpful staff.

I have to say that after reading some reviews myself & my family were sceptical about the hotel, however we have recieved fantastic service from the staff, there are always friendly, have 2 superb rooms which both overlook the lake & seaworld, free breakfast everyday with lots of choice, the location is perfect- right in the centre of I-drive.
