1. The second room we were allocated was a bit better although the door was lying open on arriving to look at the room.

2. We were 'upgraded' to a family room in building 2 which was slightly better but the cleanliness left alot to be desired and the room was just shabby.

4. (This was rectified)Our third and final room was still no better but we were told this was the best available ? Dead blue bottles on floor, light switches could be moved to expose wires, exposed wires in kitchen cupboards, holes in blankets, stained sheets, dirty old threadbare towels.

5. The second room was on the ninth floor in block 3 and although marginally better, as it did not smell as bad it was still in need of complete renovation and a very good clean.

10. This was far better but within a day the toilet in the second bathroom overflowed and we could tell that this was not the first time as the bathroom door was rotted out at the bottom.
