1. When we arrived as someone previously said we were greated very warmly, I was expected at least an 'Aloha, welcome to Hawaii type thing' with maybe some conversation of if this was our first trip, blah blah but that didn't happen however we were checked in promptly.

On one of the nights we were there they had a welcome party, it was a lovely added extra The staff were beautiful, always holding the door open for us, the maids left purple orchids every time they cleaned the room & they were more than happy to organise tours for us / call us cabs The location is ideal .

5. We did some reseach and read great reviews about this hotel so we were very disappointed to get a medium-warm welcome at the check-in desk and have thumb-size running cockroaches in the room and the bathroom.

7. I cannot say we encountered any rude or unhelpful staff members, they all welcomed you with an Hello or Goodbye and a smile.
