5. In general I think what this place really needs is a good deep cleaning with touch ups and or replacements of ratty stuff, but the location is great within easy walking to lost of shops, restaurants and the beach.

7. It is a good motivator to get out of the room and get moving; you didn't come to Hawaii to sleep, right? If you need to get away from the noise, the lanai is almost completely immune, so a nice cat nap in the sun will make you forget all about the construction.
