We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel - the reception staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way; and were only too happy for people from our group (who were staying at other venues) to come to the Aqua Bamboo for a few rehearsals around the beautiful pool area; and the house staff likewise were always helpful and friendly.
