1. He accommodated us by sending us to the Aqua Aloha Surf where we were lucky to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe suite.

2. The second room I was given was higher and facing a quieter street (with ocean glimpses), I had asked for a higher level room when booking and they accommodated this request.

5. The staff were friendly and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile and did not hesitate to accommodate our early arrival after an overnight flight from Australia, or provide restaurant and transport recommendations when asked.

6. Our flight home was at 9:30pm so we asked if we could keep our room until 6pm so we could enjoy our last day on the beach and shower before our flight home again they accommodated us.

8. Staff were all very accommodating and it has a nice secluded pool and relaxation area - I imagine once the construction is finished and if they put some nice rugs in the room this would be an awesome hotel - oh and location's great, if a tad noisy.

10. We did ask for a King instead of two doubles, and they weren't able to accommodate that request, but that didn't ruin everything.
