4. The only minor items I noticed were the BBQ needs attention,the carpet in our unit was getting a little scruffy around the edges and I would have preferred a real coffee maker in the room.

8. The pictures on Tripadvisor looked decent and I really only paid attention to the reviews made by travelers who did not join Tripadvisor on the same day that they posted grand reviews about this specific property.
