1. Friday night was an easy one mile walk to a fun and lively nightspot area called Adam's Morgan, where there were a variety of restaurants, bars and live music.

7. When you go up up up those escalators at the Metro and then trudge up the long walkway to the bus entrance of the hotel, then you have to walk all the way to the other end of the hotel? That was not fun.
