1. I must say that the front desk staff is one of the best in DC along with the highly efficient & fast customer services, available & cheerful manager, Mr.

That being said, I was happy that they upgraded me instead of just not fixing my problem, and the service in the hotel was good--room service was decent and arrived quickly, bell service was efficient, and the location of course is excellent for access to the Red Line Metro, walking to Adams Morgan, etc.
