1. Not a problem but I hate asking for help or accepting it when it's offered - so I lugged the suitcase up the stairs myself.

8. Lovely room appearance, quick help with problems, but expected much more from a Kimpton hotel based on past experience around US.

9. I believe some people did mention about the noise of the trash pick up, I will say this was a bit of a problem some mornings, and as far up as I was, it was pretty loud, but I didn`t consider it something the hotel could really do anything about.
