6. I was originally assigned to a king directly above the restaurant (a bit noisy), but was moved to a room just as nice a few floors up immediately upon request.

7. The rooms we used were to a high standard & although the first room we had on the 10th floor was noisy so much so that we asked to be moved down to the 3rd the staff were very good & even moved the luggage for us while we were out.

Yes, the lobby is small, you have to walk up a small flight of stairs to the elevator (not good for people with heavy luggage), the restaurant is filled with a noisy, late-night crowd, in some places things are a bit run-down (wallpaper is peeling in corners of bathroom), toilet/restrooom area is small for the size of room it is.
