2. Yes, the lobby is small, you have to walk up a small flight of stairs to the elevator (not good for people with heavy luggage), the restaurant is filled with a noisy, late-night crowd, in some places things are a bit run-down (wallpaper is peeling in corners of bathroom), toilet/restrooom area is small for the size of room it is.
