4. - no furniture on balcony, what's the point of a balcony you can't comfortably enjoy?- sliding glass door to balcony VERY sticky and difficult to open.

5. The room was strangely laid out, with low, 'popcorn' ceilings and an extremely small room housing the toilet and tub/shower combination--this space was so small it was actually difficult to sit on the toilet.
