1. Also missing 'dog treat' basket on arrival which would not be a big deal in general but obnoxious because I paid extra for 'dog pampering' room.

2. A few things that prevent us from giving the hotel an A are:4 - Our car was left in the front of the hotel for about an hour, again not a big deal but since you have to pay over $ 30.
