3. I requested a room on an upper floor and we got one on the 8th, though it is on the side of the hotel not overlooking New Hampshire it still had continual noise from the elevator running up and down all night.

5. If you are a light sleeper and bothered by normal traffic noise, I would recommend that you skip the balcony, as it does let in a bit more traffic noise due to glass doors/windows and drapes not being as sound-proof as a wall.

6. The balcony rooms they tend to charge a little extra for, but we've found that the ones on lower floors actually let a lot of traffic noise in from the road in front of the hotel.
