2. The front desk staff was super-accommodating and even though we had two slight room snafoos, they worked quickly and diligently to correct any issues we may have had.

5. Though Hotel Madera is a smaller boutique hotel, we were able to use the facilities of the Hotel Palomar 2 blocks away without issue.

7. You spend most of your stay outside the bathroom in the living space, so that was not an issue for me at all.

8. Perhpas that could be included as a question upon making online reservations?I too had an issue with our AC and mentioned it to staff upon leaving, along with the slight smell of damp dog that continued throughout the weekend.
