The lobby and grounds are pretty attractive, but when your king bed has only one
tiny
nightstand and the kitchenette features a dirty old toaster and a few mismatched dishes, you know you've been had.

Their 'Suites' are
tiny
outdated room with a cheap twin-size sofa bed that was horribly uncomfortable.

The only two issues I had were the loud and unruly people staying at the hotel and the
tiny

We were paying 139 a night plus $12 dollars parking so we most certainly were not happy with this
tiny
room.

True, there was a half-height partition that separated a
tiny
area just big enough for a chair and table, but since when does that constitute a 'suite'.

Our room had a vaulted ceiling, and though it smelled a
tiny
bit musty at first, the room was really quite comfortable, with a small couch, table, and large bed.

Our room was dark,
tiny
and everything starting with linnens was old and not fresh.

I snagged the last (
tiny
) spot that night, but the next night I had to park on the street.

A
tiny
sofa/sofa bed separated by a small partition does not qualify as a living area in my book.
