2. I experienced poor communication among the staff regarding meeting arrangements, coach class airline caliber catering, and awkward, rude treatment to my employees by the front desk staff.

3. Add to that on arrival the front desk sent me on a wild goose chase throughout their multi-level parking structure to the room - such poor directions I had to go back and ask for better info - and even then he couldn't be bothered to draw more than a big round circle on the map.

5. The only real con for us was the service in the on-site restaurant, which was inconsistent, very poor the first time with long waits, but very quick the next time even tho it was busier.
