1. And there is no support at the hotel so if you have problems with Lodgenet you have to deal with Lodgenet, which is very frustrating and a waste of time.

2. Most of the buildings have an elevator but a few must be reach using an elevator and stairs, but this was not a problem as the stairways were short and gave you the opportunity to enjoy the fountains, gardens and view.

5. There was a minor mix-up with the room booking and the girls at the front desk were on it immediately and solved the problem right away.

The room was spacious and the beds were relatively comfortable, but we were unable to leave windows open because others may be able to get in without any problem - can we add some locks on the wooden blinds?Parking at hotel wasn't free - $12 per night, but we could always park it at the parking lot of state park.
