1. We did have an issue with getting the free Wi-Fi reception in our room, so I spoke with Doug and the issue was resolved in a short matter of time.

2. Unfortunately, even with the shutters completely closed, there is a privacy issue at night with the lights on in your room because the shutters leave small edges of the windows uncovered on both sides so be cautious.
