1. no elevator for the last couple of sets of stairs, no big deal for us, but other folks that don't like walking up or down might want to ask for a lower floor.

2. Our room had the TV off to the side of the bed, and it was not easily viewed from the couch due to a partition between the sitting area and the bed, but this was not a big deal for us.

4. Fun place the staff was great, but I had a problem with my room key, it wasn't programmed correctly and I kept having to have it reprogrammed, not a big deal, but somewhat annoying.
