Dirty rooms, nasty and rude font desk staff, disasterous check in as staff could not figure out how to use the computer, no amenities, pool was dirty, layout of hotel is one giant maze, hundreds of stairs to get to the upper level room, elevators are spread out in different directions making it difficult to use elevators to get to your room, old fixtures, no recent updates, poor decor.
