1. Additional problems included:* headboard on one of the beds broke off and fell to the floor* couch had rips in it* walls paper-thin - could easily hear people in room next door (and I don't think they were overly loud)* room was way too hot and there was no way to adjust it downGiven the price of the room we were definitely not expecting the Ritz.

2. We would definitely go back there despite this little problem since there was hot water it just took some time to get it.

9. I was having problems accessing the hotel's Internet and, on Sunday, the young lady at the front desk told me that the engineer wasn't in yet.

10. The only small problem we had was that it took a couple of requests to get new towels, but considering how excellent the rest of our stay was I wouldn't consider that much of a problem.
