1. The room was large and everything was working (including the hot water as some people have had problems with according to other posts) even though the room was a bit dated.

2. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit dated, balconies are only on some rooms in the front of the hotel (more expensive) if you want one, and free internet can be quirky.
