1. My only issue was the WiFi which was really slow (but free) this wasnt a main issue as i was hardly in the room to use it.

3. Make sure you get your luggage out of your car before you park, it was completely valet, I have no idea how hard it would have been to get something out afterward.

8. We took our two children to Philadelphia on vacation to what I thought was a nice hotel, it was so dirty I could hardly stand it.

9. I was prompty offered a room (1513) on the a higher floor witha balcony, hard wired internet and a bathroom that was remodeled, all nice but with not a nice view which I wanted.
