I expected him to do better than that, such as waive the parking costs ($30 per day), but he clearly wanted to do as little as possible to correct the situation and made no effort to make up for the inconvenience, delay in checking in, and the distress of thinking we did not have a room in a city that was extremely short on lodging that particular weekend.
