The room was too warm to sleep comfortably but as the a/c wasn't cooling we kept the window open, a little bit

I agree with the person that stated that the area was rather
noisy
-not the fault of the hotel ; the 'neighbors' seemed to be up all night, but it was the weekend of the play offs so.

cons- The elevators are slow and kind of old, and since there is a bar outside and you're on a major street it can be a bit
noisy
at night.

The Windsor is just really a stones-throw away from the more
noisy
/bustling downtown core, but you get some of the peace & quiet travelers appreciate late at night, vs a more downtown location.
