1. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably but as the a/c wasn't cooling we kept the window open, a little bit noisy, but then it is a major city.

2. I agree with the person that stated that the area was rather noisy-not the fault of the hotel ; the 'neighbors' seemed to be up all night, but it was the weekend of the play offs so.

3. cons- The elevators are slow and kind of old, and since there is a bar outside and you're on a major street it can be a bit noisy at night.

5. It was a little noisy, but it was mainly traffic noise from the street which is to be expected in a city centre property.

6. The Windsor is just really a stones-throw away from the more noisy/bustling downtown core, but you get some of the peace & quiet travelers appreciate late at night, vs a more downtown location.
