1. All three times, the people at the front desk weren't exactly rude, but had poor phone skills and didn't seem like people that should be working the front desk at a hotel.

4. If they were to renovate this hotel, we`d go back because we did like the big room and view, but otherwise it is really in poor shape and there are many other better places to stay, some of them cheaper (we discovered), depending on the dates.

5. It is a great location for the museums, the suites are big and quiet, and it is nice to have a kitchen to save $$, but this hotel is in really poor shape.
