1. My only complaint was it felt like we were sleeping on wooden boxes covered in sheets.

6. While there were a few complaints from other guests in the hotel regarding noise, the Windsor staff were understanding of the fact that we had 20 teen girls and appeased the guests and the girls quieted down.
