Location: perfect right in Center CityCheck-in: efficient and politeRoom: decent size nice bathroom, BUT: the carpet is dingy and needed to be replaced, much of the furniture was scratched or worn, and a used Q-tip and other small pieces of flotsam and jetsam were strewn on the hallway carpet, and THIS WAS ON A STARWOOD PREFERRED CUSTOMER FLOOR.
