1. I keep coming back to the price of the stay because the lack of value for what was a not inconsiderable hotel bill is the main thing I took away from the Westin.

Nice location but felt like staying at a zero soul everykind of hotel anywhere in the world:- lack of natural light everywhere in the hotel- no windows in public areas and windows in the rooms can even not be half opened- design very minimalist, not a trendy way, a bad way- housekeeping knocking at your door to clean your room at 9am a Sunday morning, and shouting in the corridors all morning- 1 coffee pod in the room when we are 2.

6. The bellmen and concierge were wonderfully helpful--as is often the case--but I don't think the management must be very good, given how poorly they handled 'sorority girls' disturbing their guests and the front desk's lack of polish.

9. Unfortunately, when you exit the elevator there is a lack of signage telling you which way to go to get to the Westin.
