1. Nothing is over the top - but it is so rare to find a hotel today that doesn't fail at something (funny smell in rooms, long line at checkin, disgusting room service, dirty bathroom, etc .

2. ) in the room;(2) robe in the bathroom (although I did think it was slightly odd they only give you one, but my husband had no interest in using one, so it was no problem);(3) nice-smelling toiletries, including shower gel and conditioner.
