5. While I`m not fond of modern decor style to begin with, I have seen it done well other places (such as the Westin Boston and the Westin in Ottawa), and the color scheme here is really awful.

6. Few minor problems: doorman didn`t seem interested in helping us unload our vehicle; cordless phone in room didn`t work; room keys would stop working if they got too close to your cell phone; got locked out of the room once because the new door mechanism jammed (the hotel just finish remodeling); ordered a movie on the TV but the tracking (reception?) was AWFUL.
