1. I stayed 4 nights at the Westin and while nothing was 'bad' or unacceptable, nothing was spectacular either.

2. To the point that I'll stay elsewhere next time until they get a new vendor for internet service as this is unacceptable for anyone trying to conduct business here.

3. If you have to pay full price, these issues would be unacceptable, especially for the level i expect from a Westin and I would advise you to stay elsewhere.
