3. Really? Is that hard to do? Can you not go to a supermarket or pharmacy and value these things? Can you not determine how much the avg toiletry bag costs? Are you hiding behind a BS corporate policy or are you just lazy?Anyway, it's been 2 weeks and the supposed Starwood points have not been deposited to my account.

10. There were only 2 of us with a small bag so we could squeeze on a crowded elevator but the people who really had a hard time were larger families with children in strollers and/or people with luggage carts that needed almost the whole elevator to themselves.
