1. completely empty minibar (and I mean completely empty), very very noisy on the 5th floor, wallpaper coming off the walls near the elevator, no gift/sundries shop.

7. We had a wonderful dinner and turned in about 10:00 pm, but were awakened at 11:45 by a very noisy party going on down the hall from us, complete with slamming doors and drunken yelling in the hallways.

8. Our only complaint was that the toliet was very very noisy, we had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop squealing (although we were in our room for such little time we didn't bother calling the front desk about it) and that the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

9. if you are at all sensitive to noisy air-conditioning or electical system humming, you may want to avoid the westin at liberty place in philadelphia.
