1. Actually, all staff were with the exception of our overnight front desk clerk when we checked in- he switched us to a double room that was poorly cleaned even though I'd called ahead to let them know we'd be arriving late.

3. The bellmen and concierge were wonderfully helpful--as is often the case--but I don't think the management must be very good, given how poorly they handled 'sorority girls' disturbing their guests and the front desk's lack of polish.
