1. This happened and the manager really did help and was very understanding of the situation unfortunately I did not get this managers name but did comment to the hotel the time and location of the manager and how well they delivered and resolved the customers situation.

5. This isnt free unfortunately but at $16 return per person is a lot cheaper than a regular cab (we used a cab one day and it cost $70.

6. unfortunately, we were in Orlando during the really cold snap at the begining of the year, so this was a bit of an issue for us.

7. The room was very clean with two Double beds (unfortunately just standard) television, phone, microwave, fridge and safe.

8. I understand this hotel is going thru a renovation, but we unfortunately were put into the older rooms (Bldg F) and it really showed.

9. unfortunately this block was also the furthest away from the lobby/restaurant/bar etc so it was a bit of a hike between the two however it was handy when eating out at Sizzler/Pizza Hut and Houlihans which are within easy walking distance.
