1. Although the cleanliness couldn't be faulted, we were very disappointed with the noise and the lack of action that was taken.

3. We returned for breakfast and it was awful, everything from the terrible attitude of the waitress to the food was bad, they advertise bacon and hash browns but couldnt find them anywhere so left feeling very disappointed and did not return again.

4. Obviously I was extremely disappointed and took this up with the virgin resort rep, who did not seem interested in helping as the holiday was not booked directly with virgin.
