Some of my colleagues had minor issues (like with a faulty fridge, one had a problem with a TV, and one was in a high noise area-but hotel was happy to switch rooms for them), but with the guest volume and size of this hotel property, I would consider these regular issues that occur within normal use.

8. We didn't request a particular side of the hotel as road noise wouldn't be a problem for us.

9. Our room at the hotel was very nice, we had a problem with the toilet flooding when we first arrived but someone came within 10 minutes, cleaned it all, was very apologetic and also immediately called for cleaners to come up to the room to replace all the towels etc.

10. They did not have many king rooms which surprised me, but they must cater to groups and singles sharing rooms, but that wasn't that big of a problem.
