5. There is also a free WiFi service but I found that the coverage was a little patchy and the internet connection was slow during peak times (usually 6pm to 8pm).

8. The staff is nice but they gave us a room that was occupied, then we ended up on the 6th floor, the elevators are VERY slow.

9. You could tell the elevators had not been serviced regularly, as several lights weren't working and one of the doors was painfully slow in opening.
