1. Although the cleanliness couldn't be faulted, we were very disappointed with the noise and the lack of action that was taken.

2. guess the only constructive criticism would the resturant, which lacks a little in decor, and can seem a little canteen style, having said that we ate at evenings at times when the menu suited us, and it was fine, kids eat free, and over 55 get 20% discount.

4. We had a great time but the lack of sleep did put a damper on things so I would say to anyone going, definately request a room that is not facing the busy motorway/interstate, it is so noisy and does not get any less busy during the night so it is a constant noise of cars zooming past.

8. As a seasoned traveller to Florida on 3 previous occasions with no hitches or complaints at all i was surprised at the lack of care from this establishment.

9. The pool areas were ok and there are clean towels provided for you to use by the pools but we just felt that they lacked any atmosphere as there are no pool bars at all and no music so all you can hear is mostly children screaming and/or crying and parents shouting at them from their loungers and also as the pools are next to the main highway ( I-4) which is very busy ALL the time, sitting by the pool is not as relaxing as it could possibly be .
