5. my partner pushed our kids in 2 strollers to the front desk to ask for some help as i had broken my foot only to be turned away and told they couldn't help.

6. We didn't expect much for a Quality Inn, but experienced dirty carpet, cigarette burns on the chair (it was a non-smoking room), broken remote control, and scratched up furniture.
