1. We returned for breakfast and it was awful, everything from the terrible attitude of the waitress to the food was bad, they advertise bacon and hash browns but couldnt find them anywhere so left feeling very disappointed and did not return again.

4. the breakfast buffet is terrible to say the least we had passes to get 2 free breakfats and 2 free evening meals we had one free breakfast and never used the hotel again .

9. This will be our sixth visit to Orlando and having stayed at two other hotels (with the similar star rating) at the other end of International Drive neither or them were as good (infact one of them was terrible).

10. I will say that the customer service there is great - the employees really tried to be helpful and went out of their way to try and make things right, but the produce itself was terrible.
