1. Our tv stopped working again had to report this & again it felt like an inconvenience to them & no apology given.

5. We had a room in block C facing away from the I4 and never had any problem with noise from outside, except when groups of people walked past the room talking on the way to theirs (hardly a huge inconvenience).

8. only thing we did not like was that the hotel shut the pools every time it rained or thundered for safety reasons, while we can appreciate this the water parks etc stayed open and this would have been a great time to cool off, however, they did give us a complimentary buffet for the inconvenience.
