3. This is a huge hotel and it is obvious that the staff works very hard to keep this a beautiful place to stay.

4. The items that were meant to be replaced were hardly ever replaced eg complimentary toiletries, coffee cups & plastic cups.

9. We had a room in block C facing away from the I4 and never had any problem with noise from outside, except when groups of people walked past the room talking on the way to theirs (hardly a huge inconvenience).

10. I am of the opinion that if you have come to Florida to do theme parks you don't spent a fortune on a top hotel because you are hardly there.
