1. Where is my Heavenly Bed??? The ugly: I paid (after all of the service charges and fees) $26+ for my husbands oatmeal w/fruit, a muffin and coffee.

3. when we first got there we were put in a room on the 12 the floor of the east tower & the first thing we noticed when we walked in to the room was the horrible stench - turns out as we stepped on to the balcony and looked down on to the ugly cement roof below we were situated over top restaurants and it smelled so bad that we asked to change rooms.
